乡村振兴背景下传统村落景观评价——以安徽省古村落西递为例

摘要(Abstract):

在乡村振兴战略中,乡村人居环境改善、生态坏境好转是极为重要的部分.乡村景观评价既是乡村环境质量和等级的科学表达,又是人居环境建设的参照指标,对乡村振兴的成效评估具有实际意义.基于乡村振兴看“村落宜居”,以安徽省黟县西递村为例,运用层次分析法建立景观评价体系对村落景观进行评价.由评价结果可知:乡村风貌是旅游发展的核心资源,在产业发展支撑乡村振兴模式下,村落景观评价准则层重要性排序为乡村风貌>乡村公共设施>乡村交通>乡村水资源>乡村产业;建筑风格的乡土特色性是吸引游客最重要的因素,是村落景观评价权重值最高的指标,农业生产废弃物处理率不受关注,是权重值最低的评价指标;西递村乡村景观评价等级为Ⅱ级,属于一般偏高的等级,主要短板为部分区域存在污染、垃圾处理程度差以及因旅游淡季收入偏低导致的季节性“不宜居”.在乡村振兴战略中,乡村的生态宜居与宜业性宜居十分重要,乡村风貌改善应成为乡村规划、景观设计、村落空间更新时的重要指标.
